My lucky buyers are purchasing this great Eastgate charmer! We weren't the higest offer, either – we beat out 2 higher priced offers! They love the light and bright main level with hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, skylight, 3 bedrooms & a stylishly remodeled full bath. Not to mention the lower level spacious family room, 3/4 bath, large laundry room & access to the attached garage. What a great find!
